Very structured and tannic wine, balanced and without edges. This is due to the clever handling of both the malolactic fermentation and the refined steel barrel processing.

Combines well with: A marbled T-Bone and other red meats; grilled, roasted or braised

Alcohol content: 14% by volume

Containers: 750 ml bottle and 1.5 liter magnum Serving temperature:16-18°C/ 60-64°F
